What do we need to bring to each game?
Each player will need to scan their account code (in app) with our on-premise staff. Our team will provide the pennies, balls, cones, and goals for each game. Cleats are recommended but not required. Shin guards are recommended but not required.
What happens at the end of each ranked season?
At the end of each season, rewards will be given out to our players based on their final rank. Depending on which tier a player finishes at, this can be a personalized jersey, ball, trophy, or something more!
What is your pricing structure?
We offer a few different ways to play. Games run on a simple play-as-you-go model — you pay only when you play, so there are no upfront season fees or long-term commitments. We also offer monthly plans that include a set number of games each month, with options for players who want to play anywhere from a couple of hours a month to several nights a week.
What if I cannot show up for a scheduled game?
We have a cancellation policy which allows players to cancel up to 24 hours prior to game time. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your game's start time, you will not receive any penalty to your score, but the games credited toward that session will not be refundable.
What happens if someone else does not show up for a game?
If a player does not show up for the scheduled game(s), they will receive a penalty and arrangements will be made to accomodate. To protect the integrity of our league and player experience, we take absences very seriously. Please ensure that you are on time for each scheduled game.
What if I move to a different city?
Fortunately, our players can compete in any city or location where Astro is operating.
