Delete Your Account

1. Delete from the app (recommended)

Open the Astro Athletic Club app, go to Profile, tap Edit Profile, then tap Delete Account at the bottom. The account is removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@astroathleticclub.com from the email address tied to your Astro Athletic Club account. Use "Delete My Account" as the subject line. We process requests within 7 days and email a confirmation when deletion is complete.

3. What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, date of birth, profile photo, home city), skill rating and game history, queue entries and pending matches, peer ratings and notification history, saved payment methods, referral records, and any active subscriptions. Past invoices are retained by our payment processor (Stripe) for tax and compliance purposes but are no longer linked to a retrievable customer profile. We retain anonymized usage data and crash reports with no personally identifying information attached.

4. Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Email-based deletion is processed within 7 days, usually within 24 to 48 hours. After deletion, your phone number is released and can be reused for a new account if you create one.
